Guiry Auctioneers are Waterford’s leading Property Consultants and Estate Agents and Nevin Construction were delighted to be chosen to carry out the refurbishment and fit out works to their new offices on Merchant’s Quay, Waterford.
Works included structural alterations to the existing building. Removal of and replacement of existing floors. Extension to rear. Complete fit out which included glazed screens, air conditioning, full mechanical & electrical, structural steel clad shop front, shop front glazing, replacement of windows, steel and glazed featured windows. Works were once again completed on schedule.
