Bernard is a Chartered Builder and a founding director of Nevin Construction. With over 30 years’ experience working in construction management both in the UK and Ireland, his extensive experience has been instrumental in developing the Company into one of Ireland’s leading building contractors. Bernard is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and he understands the needs of the clients and ensures that the team consistently deliver projects to the highest standards, always working to improve the services Nevin Construction provides.

Paurick is a Quantity Surveyor, with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. In 2002, he joined Nevin Construction as a founding Director and was tasked with specific responsibility for estimating, surveying and procurement. He continues to grow the business by maintaining genuine client relationships and has developed expertise across a range of diverse construction sectors.

Alison is responsible for Health & Safety and BCAR administration for all construction projects and liaises with our subcontractors to ensure that all correct on-site Health & Safety documentation, insurances and assessments are submitted before each project begins, right through to handover to client.

Cormac joined Nevin Construction in 2015, having returned from Melbourne, Australia where he worked for 5 years, primarily in new construction and fit out. Prior to this, Cormac also worked in New York, Dubai and London as a Quantity Surveyor and has a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ceily works directly with our bid team, co-ordinating all aspects of the bid process, across the public and private sectors. She is also responsible for business development and marketing, including brand management and website development and maintenance.
