ROLE: EXPERIENCED CONSERVATION SITE MANAGER
TYPE: FULL TIME / PERMANENT
LOCATION: SOUTH EAST REGION
We are looking for an Experienced Conservation Site Manager, who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our conservation projects across the South East.
You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all conservation efforts are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on outcomes
- Ensure strict preservation of architectural features
- Management of flow of materials, plant and deliveries on site

ROLE: EXPERIENCED CARPENTER FOREMAN
TYPE: FULL TIME / PERMANENT
LOCATION: WEXFORD

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as walls, roofs, floors, stairs etc
- All aspects of 1st and second fix carpentry
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety
- Collaborate with contracts manager and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project delivery
- Undertake minor works and additional tasks related to project requirements

ROLE : SITE MANAGER
LOCATION: CORK
ROLE: FULL TIME / PERMANENT
- Liaising with Project Manager on the day-to-day activities
- Managing sub-contractors, operational staff and personnel on site and supporting the project manager in delivering the project to a superior quality completed on time, on budget and implemented within the required safety, environmental and quality parameters
- Managing and implementing the safety management system
- Overseeing all internal and external finishes
- Ensuring timely procurement & delivery of materials & plant
- Providing progress reports for the site management team and clients
- Attending weekly management team meetings
- Maintaining site records
- Positive engagement with our construction management system Procore
Who we are looking for?
- Degree/Diploma Qualification / related Trade qualification
- Min 5+ years’ site management experience
- Team management experience is essential
- Experience working with Cloud based servers and project management systems
- Ability to produce a program of works is essential
- Ability to oversee all Internal & External finishing works to the highest of standards. Must have a great eye for detail.

ROLE : PROJECT MANAGER
ROLE: FULL TIME / PERMANENT
- Positively and actively work to manage and improve the health and Safety management system on site.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve agreed outcomes
- Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications.
- Manage complete day to day life-cycle of project from initial stages through to hand-over.
- Meet agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
- Work to resolve critical site issues.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
- Obtain all necessary and manage all permit and licences.
- Achieve a 'right first time' philosophy throughout the project life cycle and working towards a snag free project on completion
- To be responsible for the successful delivery of project through leadership, management, technical & engineering expertise throughout the project life-cycle.
- Manage the day-to-day site operations of subcontractors on site
- Manage the day-to-day internal finishes on site
- Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets
- Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they're in line with the program of works on site
- Agree sub-contractors' long term and short-term program and monitor performance
- Ensure highest level of health and safety is upheld at all times
Who are we looking for?
- Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;
- 5+ years post-qualification experience with tier one contractors
- Background in large scale, high head count sites
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- Have good spoken and written communication skills.
- Be methodical, pay attention to detail and be accurate.
- Good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
- Able to co-ordinate a number of different projects at the same time.
- The drive to be responsible for exceeding targets.

ROLE : SITE ENGINEER
LOCATION: MUNSTER REGION
ROLE: FULL TIME / PERMANENT
- Set out the works and ensure that foremen and operatives clearly understand the information provided
- Disseminate information from drawings, specifications, etc. to foremen, operatives, subcontractors, so that they clearly understand what is required
- Test materials as directed by your supervisor/line manager in accordance with the relevant specifications
- Work proactively with the company software packages including Procore
- Record all daily activities, relevant information and occurrences in your site diary
- Good working knowledge of all setting out equipment including GPS and robotic instruments.
- Record and report on work progress including that of subcontractors to your manager
- Pursue, proactively your own development and training. (i.e., complete the work-based development programme in a timely manner)
- Conduct your work in a safe manner - correct and report those who do not
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnel.
- Monitor and check setting out instruments and testing equipment.
- Maximise profit through your day-to-day actions: good self-management, accuracy in own work, elimination of re-work
- Follow directions and attend meetings as required
- Assistance with the collection BCAR information
- Working with Irish water representatives and procedures
Who are we looking for?
- A third level qualification in Engineering / construction management
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in setting out or site engineer
- Experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm or similar preferred
- Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint etc.
- Good working Knowledge of Ground works and Irish water
