New VHI SwiftCare Clinic, Limerick
This recently completed high specification project involved the extensive internal refurbishment of ground and first floor of existing office facilities, which included the strip-out of existing ground and 1st floor office areas, M & E installation upgrades, new ceilings & partitions, new floor finishes, glazed partitions & folding partitions, redecoration.
The project involved a Grade A fitout of clinical rooms, associated ground works for services. This new facility will provide a state-of-the-art Health & Wellbeing centre within City Gate House in Raheen Business Park. The Centre will be 601sqm and will accommodate a new VHI SwiftCare Urgent Care Centre and Health Screening Services for Limerick and the Midwest Region.
